Journalling

What keeps churning in your head can often be released simply by writing it down. Journalling is an ideal way to clear your mind and write whatever comes up, with or without a conscious intention. You keep writing until the stream of thoughts eases or stops, or you set a goal, for example filling 3 pages. You write through your blocks and see what comes. Resistance is an invitation to keep going.

  • Writing down thoughts, feelings and experiences
  • Without judgment or conscious intention
  • Miracle mornings or morning pages
