Inspirators must also define several future steps to demonstrate their continued commitment to a positive policy.

All applications are manually reviewed and approved for publication by someone from the Soundcheck team. It is not possible to publish a vision, activity, or inspirator page without verification. Depending on the chosen plan, we engage in conversation with the people behind a brand, company, or activity. This personal contact and our own experience with the inspirator ensure greater reliability in sharing valuable content.

We see our inspirators as the 'doers'.
These are the professionals, artists, and conscious entrepreneurs who directly offer their unique vision, activity, event, or music on the platform. They are the ones who help the 'explorers' (our visitors) on their journey of discovery.

If an offering no longer appears to meet our values over time, we always enter into a dialogue with the provider first. This is how we protect the integrity of our platform and ensure a safe, inspiring, and reliable environment for everyone.

We accept the most common online payment methods, including [Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard)]. You choose the method that is easiest for you during the registration process.

We work with Mollie to process payments, as we find them to be a secure, reliable, and fast payment provider. If you have any questions or problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

No. We want 100% engagement, which means that you must renew your page or access to your logbook once a year. This way, we ensure that your page is still up-to-date and that you are still using your Soundcheck space.

We will send you a clear email one month before your membership expires asking you to renew and pay for your membership. In that email, we will also state your credit balance, so you can see if you have enough credits to cover the membership fee immediately, or if you might want to make an effort to ensure your membership can be renewed at no cost.

You can manage your membership at any time via your personal account page. Since memberships are not renewed automatically (see below), you don't need to 'cancel' in the traditional sense.

Your profile and benefits will simply remain active until the end of your current, already-paid term (one year). If you do not renew, your membership will expire automatically. You are in full control.

When your membership expires (because you have not renewed it), your public profile (your Inspirator or Partner page) will be taken offline. Your personal account details will be retained for a period, so you can easily reactivate if you change your mind. When a membership has been inactive for 2 years, the data will be permanently deleted.

Do you want us to delete all your data immediately and permanently? Send us a request via the contact form, and we will process it immediately in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Yes, absolutely. To safeguard the purity and high quality of our platform, we review all updates manually. We fully trust our community, so any changes you make to your vision, activities, or account are instantly live and visible to visitors.

Behind the scenes, we check in on updates regularly. Because we do this with genuine, human attention rather than automated filters, it might take some time (ranging from a few days up to three weeks) before we have personally reviewed your update. If we have any questions or helpful suggestions regarding your changes, we will simply reach out to you directly.

Yes, for the duration of that specific membership year, the code remains firmly linked to your account. The Inspirator or Partner whose code you entered will receive the appreciation in credits from your contribution throughout that year.

Upon the annual renewal of your membership, we reopen this choice to keep the support within our community dynamic and fluid:

• Keep the same: Would you like to continue supporting the same Inspirator or Partner? Upon renewal, you simply confirm that you want to keep their code active.
• Share the appreciation: Have you discovered another Inspirator over the past year whom you closely resonate with, or would you simply like to spread the support? Upon renewal, you can enter the unique code of a different Inspirator or Partner.

This way, we consciously choose to support one another year after year, allowing appreciation to flow organically throughout the entire community.

Because your membership grants immediate access to the platform and your personal environment (your profile page or logbook), you agree to waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when you check out.

Therefore, once paid, the membership for the started period (one year) cannot be refunded. We hope you see this amount as a contribution to a positive movement and an investment in our future!

You can, of course, cancel the renewal for the next period at any time. If you notice immediately after signing up that you made a mistake or chose the wrong membership, please contact us as soon as possible. We are people and will gladly see how we can help.

As soon as you receive a gift or bring a new member on board, you will receive an email immediately, and the amount will appear as credits in your personal account. The payout process is simple and fair:

• Your own membership first: Your accumulated credits will always first be used automatically to pay for your own annual membership. This happens on your renewal date. This way, your credits can cover your platform costs entirely!
• A summer bonus: All credits collected above the amount of your membership fee are paid out once a year: at the beginning of summer. Consider it a nice extra for a wonderful holiday!

A concrete example:

Imagine your annual membership costs € 254 and renews in June. By the time early summer arrives, you have accumulated € 300 in credits.

1. € 254 will automatically be used to renew your membership for the upcoming year.
2. The surplus of € 46 will be paid out directly to your bank account.

Entrepreneurs outside the EU: For entrepreneurs outside the EU, payout rules may differ due to international regulations. If a direct payout is not legally or technically possible, the credits will remain safely in your account so you can spend them within the Soundcheck environment.

Definitely not. If you decide not to renew your membership, your credits are not lost.

After your membership expires, we will send you an email to confirm your departure. Once this is done, we will arrange a final payout of your outstanding credit balance, minus a small administrative fee of €5. Fair and transparent.

Your earned credits are always kept safe. Our system automatically ensures that the contribution for your next renewal remains reserved, regardless of the month your membership actually renews. During the annual payout at the start of summer, we simply look at the surplus.

A concrete example:
Let’s say your membership doesn’t renew until December. At the start of summer (June), you have accumulated € 300 in credits. Our system automatically reserves € 254 to cover your renewal in December. The surplus of € 46 is paid out to you directly at the start of summer.

This ensures that your page remains live and fully covered for the upcoming year, while you still get to enjoy the extra surplus you’ve built up just in time for summer.

No, we like to keep it clean and to the point. We use a system called self-billing. This means our system automatically generates the invoice or credit note on your behalf as soon as the payout moment arrives. You don't have to create or email any invoices yourself.

The only thing we ask of you is to enter your billing details in your profile and to digitally sign our cooperation agreement via your account. You remain responsible for your own VAT return. After the automatic invoice is generated, you always have 14 days to check it. So, no administrative hassle!

We choose not to constantly throw around discounts because we want to safeguard the integrity of our community. It works very simply:
