Constellations
A constellation gives you a clearer picture of the system you are part of and the effect it has on you. This can be made clear through visualizations, or you can work with real stand-ins, objects, drawings and even animals (horses) that take on a role or position in relation to you. It is a powerful way to gain insight into the causes of certain behavior or attitudes in relationships.
