“Untamed”
We are all born as wild, free creatures, until the world teaches us how to be tamed. We learn how to be 'good' women, 'good' mothers, and 'good' citizens, and somewhere along the way, we build a cage for ourselves out of the expectations of others. We fill our days with 'shoulds' and lose touch with our own inner 'Knowing.'
Her vision is simple: stop trying to please or fix yourself according to the world's rules. It is time to leave the cage.
True living begins the moment you stop silencing your inner unrest and instead dare to dive into the depths of it. There, in the stillness, you find your own 'Knowing'—that inner voice that knows exactly what the next right step is. It requires the courage to let go of control and trust your own fire, even if that fire burns away everything that doesn't truly belong to you.
Do not be afraid of your own intensity or your own pain. It is precisely those feelings that remind you that you are alive. We are not on this earth to survive a perfect picture, but to become our wildest, most authentic selves. Because only when we free ourselves do we give others the permission to do the same."
"We can do hard things. And the hardest—and most beautiful—thing you can do is find the courage to be your own untamed self."
